Bintan Holiday with family (:

Woke up exhausted, packed and left.

T'was me, Aaron, Shalini, Subash, Anusha, mom and aunty.

Set off from Tanah Merah ferry terminal,

and poooof to Bintan!

The first day we didn't do much, we just headed to the beach and enjoyed the Sea.

It was an AWESOME weather cos it just rained, so it was cool and all :)

then i had enough of water and went to lie on a beach bench;

and i thought and thought and thought.

I kept thinking till i fell asleep.

I slept for a few hours and i woke up so cold that i was numb and couldnt move for awhile la!

Ah well, yaddaaa yaddaaa we spent the night tog (us 4) talking.

Then my cousin wanted to mug so i listened to music and thought again.

aha, yeah.

Day two was more fun. We climbed the rocks around an adjoining island! It was superrr fun!

aha, we had to cross 'streams', climb over trees and all.

It was really pretty fun.

and then went Banana Boating! :) funfun! and when we capsized in the middle of the sea, i think my cousin's head hit my face and my nose HURT LIKE HELLL. The left side of my face swelled after that =/

Then we just slacked around in the beach again cos there wasn't anything else to do.We headed back to our hut and the four of us just started yelling songs, that was fun too (:i think thats how i lost my voice =/

Well, i slept and then went for a walk :) a nice long walk.

Came back and made arrangements for an earlier ferry back home with my cousin due to some changes to unit camp. and in the night, my cousin and i had a loooonngg talk (: nice.

but i couldnt take it after awhile cos my head was throbbing, nose running and i was panting? haha, yeah.

So we slept, and the next day we came back! (: YAY FOR HOLIDAYY!

Anw, even though the holiday was sth i didn't really wna go for, im glad i did cos i could really sort out my thoughts and everyth. I think i really needed the no-strings-attached free time.

UNIT CAMP 2007!
Started it with the MOSTROCKING info (: bgubgubgubgu!

had Sportade! for the first act. I was with Fad, Sara & Rupini for that station.

We played the caterpillar game (eeks) & Enemy Behind Lines & pepsi cola! haha.

Pretty hilarious la, the cadets are damn cute!

then we had Games! I was group attached to the YELLOW DUCK group! AHAHA MY GROUP ROCKED!

"yellow duck to the left to the left. yellow duck to the right to the right. yellow duck to the front to the front. yellow duck to the back to the back. yellow duck everywhere everywhere! *attacks specs"

HAHA. Super hilarious. Kathleen especially, she ran away like a bigfatchiccckeeennnn.

then it was Pirates of the Caribbean! I was at Roadblock 1, HAHA another funnnny station.

i was with yangyang. They had to look for the treasure in the treasure chest. HAHAHA.

only those who went will know what im talking about (:

CO Night! was truely awesome. The part cs made us laugh like maddd. "every time we touch" HAHA.

It was well organised and fun :) Thank you part Cs. I was truely touched that Staff WeiLi and Encik Maziah came back. The 2 of them made 19 of us smile :D THANK YOU! and the ex specs, so many of them! :D

Sentury Duty. HAHA. I woke up with the sole intention that those before us must be damn tired. But when Nish and I walked into the hall, HAHA. JOKE MANN. Anw, we wre damn tired; okay i was more tired. Nish was talking and i started falling asleep as she was talking. sorrrryy. I thought i slept for ages and i asked Nish if i did and she said i only slept for 2 secs; which was weird cos i dreamt of CO Night, haha.

Anw, the next two sleeping beauties didnt turn up for sentury so Nish and i did 2 shifts. Then it was 615 already. And i had a feeling that Delta hadnt woken up yet, so nish and i went back. AND YEAH THE PIGGIES wre sleeping.

so we entered and i shouted, "FIRE FIRE". no one moved. then i shouted again, " DELTA! FIRE!" AND ZOOOOM almost everyone sat up straight, HAHAHA it was damn funny. well we began day 2.

Need For Speed! After going to Botanics Gardens for so many times, it was a success! (: Suria & i wre bored for the first leg, so we walked to Swan lake sat down and talked. HAHA, like as though we wre on holiday. We watched the swans too. then suddenly we realised we wre late and we jogged all the way back. MASTERMINDS! :D haha. us and our fortress. and the nice group (GP 6!) that offered us a drink, just being nice. YAY! my groups are always nice.

(GP 6!) SUPER TURTLE was my group for leg 2. They are pro la (: WE WON! haha, even though i delayed them quite a bit. We couldnt do leg 3 though ):

TAEBO! HAHA. My station had a two in one game. We stared at the cadets staring at the matchsticks! haha. But I had fun, we did the exercise thoroughly and i could act feels my muscles at work :)

and then there was our 7 in the courtyard.

I must say Thank You to all the First Ics and their Depts;

it wouldn't have been possible without any of you.

and of course, WE ROCK LAHH!

Macdonalds after that was HILARIOUSSS! HAHAHA.

Saturday's NCC Day Rehearsal.

The thought of it ( 0830- 2100 hours) was quite torturous.

But on Friday, i was quite glad that it was going to be so long, cos i just couldnt get myself to study;

i dont know why. So i was glad to have something else to do for a whole day (:

It was surprisingly pretty alright. The flag pole and flag drills seemed to be more do-able.

Things for the flag bearers seemed to be settled, so it was actually quite fun la.

But everytime the parade commander says "rusokkkk" i'll get a bit stressed, haha.

I want our Cedar Flag to be flying high, and not swaying around =/

Oh, they stuffed us with food too, haha. but it was good food so thats :)

We had interaction there.

And sadly, the 4 of us (Nat was sick) could actually count the no of times left for us to go to hq ):

Well, we changed into our no1 and had the full thing. I enjoyed it cos i could let my mind wonder.

But the thing that really made me happy was that We endured through it (: HOORAY!

Random: i miss doing drills.

SUPPER!

Rupini, Cheryl, Kath & i did sth random. We crossed the road and took the first bus that came, to nowhere.

HAHA we wanted desert and didnt know where to go. So we ended up on 857 going to Suntec. Had dinner(again) at Food Republic. We shared Hokkien Mee AND HAHA we wre pretty much hungry uncivilised people. Then we finalllyyy had our ice kachang! (oh it wsa $5 hokkien mee and $2.20 ice kachang) & OMG WE LAUGHED AT SO MANY THINGS! HAHA. cheryl and her pri sch, kathleen and her attachi (?), Rupini and her lose organs and so many other things. We got pretty high over nothing at all. Maybe the ice kachang sugar rush la. Left at 10 and we were damn tired on our way home. I found it difficult to even move my legs, HAHA. but it was an awwwwsomeeee day (:

and today was so slack; for me at least.

We were all planning to move the tables but no one was doing anything.

MONDAY i went for the unseen lit seminar then cabbed to HQ with kathleen to draw no1. We met the bus out on our way in, haha. Well, we met Nat & we waited a long time in the office but we did productive work. and AHHH!:D

then we left to AMK hub cos we were starving (kath's stomach made loud rumbling noises mann)

and ate a nice meal with a nice desert! (:

Then we went to AMK library & mind you we wre planning to study.

Just that kathleen was a fussy pot so we didnt have time.

Star World on Monday from 6.30 pm on Rocks la.

TUESDAY there was the SOB seminar. Zhiyin was highly entertaining throughout, HAHA.

and Esther was annoying as usual! (I still love you la auntyy:)

Oh, we were crossing the road and Esther said to me from behind " got car la aunty!"

then some aunty crossing the road at the same time turned to look at her! HAHA.

Had lunch with muu nish esther sus nicole marly and zhiyin.

and after many attempts, we took this! YAY!

then muu marly esther nicole and i headed over to nlb to do hw;

we studied in potttyyy chairs! (no doubt esther's idea la)

HAHA. rather productive.

shopped for awhile, and HERE I AM!

IM MOVING HOUSEEEEEEEEEE.

Im just gna say that im Very Distraught cos i have

very strong childhood memories forged here

and two of my Bestest Friends made here.

And i like the people and all. We're like a tiny little kampung, just more advanced.

But reality and practicality has to glare in our faces.

The three of us are living in a ridiculously huge house.
SIGH.

on the brighter side, the apartment my mom's eyeing is closer to

so there. Cos every cloud has a silver lining.

and now, i gotta go sleep cos my mom wants me to wake up at 7 to clean the house.
